About the event
WayFinders will be hosting their annual Mountain Camp Orientation, a pivotal gathering where new scholars and their families, alongside returning scholars and families, come together to meet with their esteemed Mountain Camp partners. It's a fantastic opportunity for connection, information sharing, and building excitement for the upcoming camp season.
WayFinders is seeking volunteers to assist with various roles during the event, including:
- Greeters
- Camp partner volunteers (with laptops)
- WayFinders application volunteers (with laptops)
- Food helpers
- Set up and clean-up crew
We anticipate needing volunteers to arrive at 5:30 PM for setup, with clean up expected to conclude by 8:30 PM. We are hoping to provide at least 7 volunteers from CYPG. If you are not able to attend for the full allotted time, please still feel free to come and help out whenever you are available!
