Our annual membership dues cover a wide array of benefits exclusively to members. Member rates are locked in at the time of application acceptance, which means individual dues will not increase year after year. Interested in joining our organization full of emerging leaders? What is included in my membership?

• Keynote speaker events: Members are exclusively offered several keynote speaker events throughout the year featuring some of Charlotte’s most distinguished business leaders and speakers. These speaker events cover a wide range of topics from career development, leadership empowerment, executive presence and more. This benefit to members provides an approachable environment for networking and gaining insights into some of the most prominent industries in Charlotte. • Activities and networking events: CYPG members can attend various members-exclusive activities and social events throughout the year. Our events allow members to expand their professional network,  build relationships and get more involved within the community.
  
  To bring value to members and keep them engaged, we offer a diverse range of events, such as professional workshops, group fitness classes, group golf lessons, happy hours, philanthropy events, community service projects and more.. Whether you're passionate about professional development, community service or meeting new people, CYPG offers something special for everyone. Prospective members are also welcome to attend our quarterly nonmember networking events prior to joining our organization to meet and connect with the CYPG and other prospective members. • All-member meetings: As part of membership requirement, members are expected to attend a semi-annual all-member meeting held in every spring and fall. This is an exclusive and exciting opportunity for all CYPG members to connect with one another, learn more about the organization, meet the board of directors, find out ways to get involved and more. The meetings also serve as a way for our organization to collectively shape the future direction of CYPG. 

 

• Community service and volunteering opportunities: CYPG is committed to connecting and giving back to the Charlotte community. Apparo, Carolina Youth Coalition, Freedom Communities and Wayfinders are the local philanthropies that we support throughout the year. We partner with these organizations to host various volunteering opportunities, as well as philanthropic fundraising events.
