Volunteer Opportunity: CYC Group Mentoring

CYC Description:

We're looking for volunteers to join our Seminar sessions this fall and spring as mentors. Volunteers will:

• Join a 60-minute workshop with 10-25 Fellows, often split into small groups, led by a CYC facilitator

• Support Fellows as they complete short assignments and engage in discussion

• Serve as a sounding board, coach, or thought partner (no prep required!)

• Help create a space where Fellows feel seen, heard, and challenged
