Join us for a hands-on speaker event as we welcome Mark Allred, a Charlotte-based leadership and career coach with Reveal Talent, for a working session on his Guided Purpose Strategy (GPS) framework.

Before coaching, Mark spent 26 years in sales, delivering market-leading results and building strong teams. He's now a credentialed executive coach who helps professionals find direction and grow as leaders.

Mark’s framework highlights that most young professionals aren't short on effort. They're short on direction. Mark's framework gives that effort a destination in three layers: purpose, strategy, and execution. It starts with why you do the work and ends with what you'll do this week. During the evening, you'll write your own purpose statement, name the principles you operate by, set 90-day waypoints, and identify what's standing between you and where you want to be in five years.

This event is more will include some workshops, so bring a pen or your phone and come ready to write. Bring a fellow member too: one of Mark's first action items is scheduling an accountability check-in with someone in the room.
