About Tom Finke: Tom Finke is currently the Executive Chairman of Aimia, Inc., and serves on the boards of Invesco Ltd. and Alliance Entertainment. With more than 30 years in financial services, Tom led Babson Capital Management and, in 2016, spearheaded the merger that formed Barings LLC, growing its assets under management from $271 billion to over $350 billion. Now retired, Tom remains active in the industry and non-profit sector, contributing to organizations such as Davidson College and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
